He is survived by: his mother Thelma Toppari Shontell; his daughter Amie; his sisters, Sandra Simmons and Charlene Norton (John); his daughters, Michelle Greene (Steve), Aimee Milczarek, Kirbie Jacobson, Demie Allen and Quincie Anderson; his wife Lori Shontell; his stepchildren, Jessica Smith, Garrett Greenhalgh, Katelynn Ponce (Leo) and Emily Greenhalgh; and his grandchildren, Madison, Ethan and Tucker Greene.
