She is survived by : her parents, Don Carlos Tanner and Ecco Whipple Tanner; her sister Phyllis; her spouse Franklin K. Gibson; her children, Liz, Scott Franklin Gibson (Rebecca), Phyllis Jean Clement (Wayne), Kathleen Myrna Carroll (Tim), Elizabeth Ann Marquez (Jim) and Paul Kay Gibson (Shellie); her brother Don Roe Tanner; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Tanner and Jean Porter. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
