It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Lee Nowell Riggs (Mesa, Arizona), born in Gilbert, Arizona, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ernest Glen Nowell and Genevieve Crandall; her sons, Kent (Terri), Craig (Vicki) and Scott (Cyndy); and her sisters, Mary Helen Beasley (Stan) and Debbie Amos (Mike). She was also cherished by her twenty grandchildren, and her fifty-nine great grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
For family only: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services will be held Saturday, February 27th, with viewing at 10am, followed by the service which will be at 11am in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, at 1852 N Stapley Drive, Mesa, AZ 85203.
