It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orville Kautz of Mesa, Arizona, born in New Leipzig, North Dakota, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kautz and Martha Kautz; his brothers-in-law, Elmer Kramer and Harvey Miller; and his mother-in-law Viola Johnson.
He is survived by: his former spouse Sandy Hoel; his wife Holly Johnson; his sons, Tom of Colorado Springs, CO, Dale (Carolyn) of Colorado Springs, CO and Paul Kautz (Lori) of West Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Cody Kautz, Clint Kautz (Kayla), Alex Kautz (Amber), Kristin Wibbels (Shay), Marcelo Alarcon, Veronica Van and Meer; his sisters, Winnifred Kramer, Sylvia Miller, Doris Gronwold (Norm) and Janice Nicklaus (Deverde); his father-in-law Jack Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Roeder, Vickey Bennett and Joe Johnson.
