Otto Farnsworth Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otto Farnsworth of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on July 29, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debra (West); his children, Valerie Southwick, Alyson Gardner, Amy Rodriguez, Bethany Slade, Gregory and Michael; his brother David; his parents, Otto Farnsworth and Alice Farnsworth; and his brothers, Richard and Robert. He was also cherished by his wife, his children and grandchildren.
He passed peacefully in his sleep on the morning of July 29, 2020 after losing his battle with both cancer and COVID.
