She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Crew; her parents, Maurine DeWalt and Arthur DeWalt; her siblings, Wayne DeWalt, Betty Perkins, Helen Wilkerson and Dorothy Raynor; and her grandson Donnie Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Crew (Krista), Linda Ward and Debra Horn (Lee); her grandchildren, Justin Ward, Kim Vincent, Jason Hill, Tyler Crew, Amber Crew, Jais Brewer and Jesse Brewer; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Ward, Dylan Hill, Isaac Carlyle, Mariah Carlyle, Gabriel Crew, Trevor Crew, Sean McGee, Maxwell Brewer, Easton Brewer and Dallas Brewer.
