She was predeceased by: her parents, Amelia Smith and Charles Woodard; and her siblings, Mary, Stanley, Charlie and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Samuel Slater (Tiffany), Melody Anne Edwards (Allan) and Beverly Amber Slater; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jonathon (Trinidad), Joshua, Baylee, Evelynn, Amelia, Ethan and Alexander; her great grandchild Rowan; and her siblings, Linda, Larry and Lee.
Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, no services will be held at this time.
