It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Earl Skousen (Mesa, Arizona), who passed away on April 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Earl and Amy May Skousen; and his brothers, Bill and Jackie. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Richard Skousen (Kelli), Mike Skousen (Lachelle), Shawna Baker (Chris), Jack Skousen, Kristen Spuhler (David) and Amy Yetter (Nathan); and his brother Ken Skousen. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
