He is survived by: his children, Carol Engelsman (Richard) of Mesa, AZ, Nancy Dynes (William) of Indianapolis, IN and Ronald Koch (Bernal) of Temperance, MI.

Memorial contributions can be made to Christ Hospital in Cincinnati or to Salt River Brass in Mesa.
