He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Sweet and Tracie Sweet (Zimmer); his wife Jo Ann; his children, David Sweet (Marsha) of Story City, IA and Barbara Gesme (Craig) of Des Moines, IA; his grandsons, Shaun Gesme, Paul Gesme, Jesse Sweet (Yi-Ling) and Ben Sweet (Laura); his great grandchild Ryan Robert Sweet; and his sister Susan Dees (Dick).
