She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Lillie R. (Hahn) and Frank C. Brand; her husband Loren Beed; her children, DaleAnn Grosh (Ken), Vaughn Beed (Teresa) and Jody King (Stephen); her grandchildren, Kelli Jo Stevens (Shane), Jeromy Beed (Megan) and Andrew King; her great grandchildren, Brock, Harper and Marshall Beed; and her granddaughter Melanie Beed.

Shirley passed peacefully on February 17, 2019, surrounded by family after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease.
