He was predeceased by: his father Sidney. He is survived by: his mother Barbara; his wife Miyuki; his children, Alicia, Nathan, Alex, Hide, Dannae and Xyonane; and his siblings, Lisa and Scott. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many special friends.
