She is survived by: her husband William Jefferson Slade; her sons, A. Blake Lamb (Tanya), Brent Lamb, Harrell Boyster, Jr. (Jennifer) and John Boyster (Melody); her stepchildren, Larry Slade (Connie), Jeff Slade (Carol), Kevin Slade (Delilah) and Brenda Weaver (Wade); and her siblings, Jill Cummins and Wally Hawkins. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
