Joly of Mesa, Arizona, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Joly and Mildred Joly; his wife Carol; and his brother Ronald Joly of Green Bay, WI.. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Joly of Mesa, AZ and Kenneth of Valmy, WI.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
