He was predeceased by: his great-nephew Jordan Riley (Joe Payne). He is survived by: his parents, Barry Welliver and Patricia Welliver (Kilgore); his fiancée Ginger McDonald; his daughter Andrea Schinderling; his grandchildren, Aurora, Savannah, Theia Pruitt and Noah Sexton; his sisters, Melissa Baxter (Dennis Johnson) and Michelle Ritschel; his niece Caitlin Brown (Kieran); his nephews, Joshua Baxter (David Lopez) and Jonathan Ritschel (Amy); his daughter Leah; and his close friends, Jeff Pruitt, Char Smith and Bill Baxter. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and an uncle.
Masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be determined.
