He was predeceased by: his father Oliver David Marie Holbrook (Adah). He is survived by: his nephew Wayne Weiler; his wife Sherrol; and his sons, Michael Vern (Mary), Gregory Thomas (Robyn) and Rickie Lewis (Christy). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
