She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Albert Dawson and Helen Ruby Doan; her husband Harold Archer; her sister Jean Quagliesi; and her son John Emery Archer.

She is survived by: her children, David, Michael, Barbara, Sue Ann, Carla and Helen; and her siblings, Jennie Anderson and Jack Dawson. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
