He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Smith and Dolores Smith; and his sisters, Della and Diane. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary, Steven, George, Joseph, Don and Jeanette; his children, Wade Jr., Sherry Crawford and Holly Kitchens; his grandchildren, Wade III, Stephen, Alec, Cameron, Breanna and Katrina; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Chandler, Piper and Hali.
