He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Mabel Fisher (Louden) and Ezra William Fisher; his sister Twyla Fisher (Barb); his son Billy; and his grandson-in-law Jason Prigge.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Merleen Lewis (Barb) of North Platte, NE.; his children, Debbie Moore and Rick Fisher (Ann); his grandchildren, Jami Prigge, Sara Federico (Tom), Michael Fisher (Annie), Tori Fisher and Katie Fisher; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Prigge, Kaleb Prigge, Kait Prigge, Ella Federico, Mia Federico, Luca Federico, Jaid Price and Emeri Price.

Due to Covid-19, services will be determined later.
