He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty J. Waggoner (Lytle); and his children, William (Yolanda Waggoner), Keith (Rose Waggoner), Robert Waggoner (Bob), Janice (Lynn Hoerchler), Sharon (John Gosney) and Bruce (Brenda Waggoner). He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
