He was predeceased by: his siblings, Delbert, Charles, Wilma Rogers, Marian Barry, Norma Hansen and Connie Petty.
He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline Churchman (Jackie); his daughters, Julia Smallwood (Michael) of Shawnee, Deb Hindmarsh of Omaha and Connie Alexander (Drew); his grandchildren, Josh Christensen of Omaha, Adam Christensen (Erin) of Lees Summit, Jill Göcken (John) of Omaha, Jared Hindmarsh of Omaha, Connor Alexander and Blake Alexander; his great grandchildren, Aurora Christensen and Caroline Christensen; and his sisters, Marge Rosenthal of Omaha and Ellen Dotzler (Dennis) of Omaha.
