As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Foncene may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Holloway and Bernice Holloway (Sorrells). She is survived by: her husband Clayton "Fred" Frederick Venn; her daughter Terri Whitehurst (Darren); and her grandson Braxton Whitehurst (Alexa). She is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, several great nieces/nephews and more great-great nieces/nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sun City Church of Nazarene (14636 N Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351).
