He was predeceased by: his sister Esmerelda "Meme" Peña Tristan. He is survived by: his children, Adrianna and Alejandro "Alex" Peña; his grandson Aiden Armendariz; his parents, Emiliano Peña and Rosario Peña; his siblings, Roy, David Peña, Virginia Badillo, Marcella Villanueva, Esther Peña and Maggie Hernandez; and his girlfriend Marina Wescott. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, cousins and countless friends.
