She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Arrowood and Clora Arrowood (Walters); her husband Paul Thomas Neal; and her siblings, Eula Damron and Sherman Arrowood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pauletta Augustine of Arizona and Judi Bradford of Arkansas; her grandchildren, Valleri Glasgow of Arizona, Byron Augustine of Arizona and Nathan Augustine of Alabama; her great grandchildren, Avonelle Glasgow, Ashley Augustine, Christopher, Andrew and Jonathan Augustine; and her siblings, Betty Mills, Margaret Arrowood of Kentucky, Ernest Jackson Arrowood, Glen Arrowood of West Virginia and Flem Allen Arrowood of Tennessee. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
