He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Verl G., Maela Collinwood and John M. Austin. He is survived by: his parents, V. Leroy Collinwood and Laura Collinwood; and his siblings, Darren, Jeffrey, Mark, Steven Collinwood and Melissa Skouson. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
