It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Martelli (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Youngblut and Delia Wilmot; and her husband Rick. She is survived by: her daughter Cara Hawkins (Jeremy Hawkins); her granddaughter Evelyn Hawkins; and her siblings, Sandra Feldman (Larry Deetz) and Art Clayton (Nancy Imran).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to the family.
