He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kellogg and Alda Bender Kellogg; his wife Lois Marjorie Glood; and his sisters, Virginia Strassburg, Elizabeth McElroy and Marjorie Francis.

He is survived by: his children, Donald (Gwen) of Lawrence, KS, Kathryn and Julia of Phoenix. He is also survived by his children, 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
