He was predeceased by: his parents, Mat Kristof and Mil Kristof; and his granddaughter Amber. He is survived by: his wife Odilia (Dee); his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Kathy; his daughter Ann; his son-in-law Roy; his children, Paul and Lisa; his son-in-law Bernard; his grandchildren, Erik, Jerome Kristof, Ted, Avery Ketchum, Ryan and Corbin Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Elayna and Isa; his sister Joan; and his brother-in-law Ralph Hoffmann.

The family requests donations in his memory be made to Hospice of the Valley or to a charity of your choice.
