He was predeceased by: his wife Harriet; his parents, Richard Oeser and Lois Oeser (Milliken); and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his children, Brett Alexander Oeser (Nicole) of Nashville, Kim Oeser Barnett (Brad) of Lafayette and Page Oeser Karber (Robert) of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Anne Catherine Oeser, Trevor Hanlon Karber, Raleigh Wyatt Barnett, James Henry Oeser, Addison May Karber and Avery Ren Barnett; and his siblings, Richard Oeser of Simpsonville, N. C., Nancy Shapleigh of Eliot, Maine, Sarah Lewin of Eliot, Maine, Robert Oeser of Eliot, Maine, David Oeser of Eliot, Maine and Stephen Oeser of Eliot, Maine. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jim's name to the of Arizona, the Pat Tillman Foundation, or the Yavapai Humane Society.
