She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gorski and Angeline Gorski (Michalik); her husband John R. Olejniczak; and her siblings, Joseph Gorski (Irene), Stanley Gorski (Louise), Henry Gorski (Phyllis), Frank Gorski (Mary Ann), Stella Wierzbinski (Charles), Lottie Kwasny (Stanley), Violet Ustian (Michael), Mary Hajduch (Bernard) and Helen Sitarz (Anthony).
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Paula Olen Mikrut (Joseph), Robert Olen (Nancy) and Dr. Richard Olen (Cynthia); and her grandchildren, Paul Mikrut (Andrea), William Olen (Tristan), Jeffrey Mikrut (Shelby), Racheael Ference (Brian), John Olen, Joseph Olen and Jennifer Olen.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Josephine's honor may be made to the employee fund at Belmont Village in Scottsdale Arizona for their exceptional care during this difficult quarantine time.
