He is survived by: his siblings, Miriam Satern of Macomb, IL, Mary Sarchett (Mark) of Marion, IA and Monte Satern (Karen) of Grants Pass, OR; his siblings' children, Emily Medeiros (Randy) of Sacramento, CA, Tina Sarchett of Fairfax, IA and Luke Satern (Erica) of Grants Pass, OR; his great-nephews, Ethan Satern and Holden Medeiros; and his pet Toby.
