She was predeceased by: her son Billy Joe Starkey; and her husband Glenn Starkey. She is survived by: her sons, Buddy Starkey and Jody Starkey; her daughters-in-law, Wanda Starkey and Lisa Starkey; her grandchildren, Justin Starkey (Christina), Jessica Varin (Jon), Danielle Starkey-Guymon (Scott) and Brittany Lozoya (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Emma, Mila, Jayden, Jacob, Makaylah and Savannah.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Best Funeral Services West Valley Chapel (9380 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345). Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Starkey's (8821 S 133rd Ave, Goodyear, AZ 85338). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the East Resthaven Park Cemetery (4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85040).
