With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Octavia Ann Hernandez of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Amenia, New York, who passed away on June 29, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Johnson and Pearl Johnson; her son Louis Hill; and her siblings, Charles Johnson and Geraldine BeCoates.
She is survived by: her sons, Sydney Hill of Brewster, NY and Nicholas Hill (Lilly); her siblings, Edward Johnson, Glen Johnson of Poughkeepsie, NY and Juanita Mendez of Millbrook, NY.; and her grandchildren, Carlece, Sydney Jr., Tito, Bradford, Marcus, Lyndsay and Jade. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
