He is survived by: his wife Julianne; his daughter Iris Chase (Micah Chase) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Milo and Ava; his sisters-in-law, Sara Ann of Burlington and Elizabeth of Norwood; and his sister Mary Chilcot (Fred) of West Wareham. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
