He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Benkowsky and Valerie Benkowsky (Surak). He is survived by : his mother-in-law Kathleen A. Noruk; his sons, Andrew, Bobby (Kristen), Andy and Dan (Gigi); his siblings, Gail Sullivan and Mark; and his grandchildren, Mina and Eli. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
