She was predeceased by: her children, Charlene Marie Norris and David Allen Treat. She is survived by: her parents, Charles Lewis Smith and Mary Elizabeth Smith (Mansfield); her spouse Wilfred Brigham Treat (Ted); and her children, Theodore Arthur Treat of Parkersburg, WV and Cynthia Claire Wright of Sandy, UT.. She is also survived by her children, 12 grandchildren and more than twenty great-grandchildren.
