He is survived by: his sisters, Jayne Gustafson and Nora Gustafson; his close friend Rob Evaniak; his nephews, Allan Partanen (Amanda) of Long Beach, CA and Justin Wall (Britney Kelley); his great-nephews, Cash of Scottsdale, Arizona., Emery Branham and Evan Branham of Surprise, Arizona.; and his friends, Garrett Hurula of Allen, Jim Matson and Kevin Mabry of Milwaukee.
