It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Anthony Middlemist (Phoenix, Arizona), born in La Jara, Colorado, who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Andy Middlemist; and his grandparents, Pete, Mercedes Middlemist, Wilbur and Mae Haynes.
He is survived by: his mother Genia Middlemist; his siblings, Shari Silva, Sandi Stockton (Pat), Scott Middlemist (Martha) and Sean Middlemist (Kimberly); his nieces and nephews, Andrea Miller (John), Brooke Silva, Claire Middlemist, Peter Middlemist, Ayden and Sawyer Middlemist; and his great-nephews, Johnny and Leo Miller. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
