She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee Owens and Ada Lillian Maddox Owens; her siblings, Kenneth Owens, Burl Owens, Modene Sharp and Joyce Harvey; her husband William Paul Starkman; and her sons, William Chuck Starkman and Steven Paul Starkman.
She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Schwindt (Brad); her grandchildren, Aaron Starkman (Erin), Holly Starkman, Allison Best (Tyler) and Ryan Schwindt; her great grandchildren, Summer, Cameron, Conner Starkman and Liam Best; and her stepgrandchildren, Ethan and Sophia Best.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Frye Chapel & Mortuary of Blythe (633 N 7th St, Blythe, CA 92225).
