He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Brown and Cecilia Brown; his spouse Jean; his children, Cathy, Tim, Frank and Lisa; and his brother Bobby Brown. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
