With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Gail Maslowski (Prescott, Arizona), born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on April 15, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Gonska of Alabama and Richard Underwood of Indiana; and her brother Roger Underwood of Indiana. She is survived by: her husband John Maslowski; and her brother Richard Underwood (Diane).

There will be no services, but if you wish to donate something to your favorite charity in Susan's name, it would be appreciated.
