It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Edward Gruenemeier of Rio Rico, Arizona, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Edward J. Gruenemeier and Anna Marie Gruenemeier (Valentiner); his wife Angela Rose Gruenemeier (Brausch); his daughters, Alecia Marie Gruenemeier and Christine Marie Castellano; his son-in-law Phillip Castellano; his granddaughter Corrine Grace Castellano; his sister Phyllis Ann Jones; and his cousins, Kathe Burklow, Ann Marie Dorn (Richard Dorn) and James Staudacher (Faith Coburn).
In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted toward the creation of the John E. Gruenemeier Scholarship Fund. Donations can be made payable to the Rio Rico Rotary Foundation.
