He was predeceased by : his parents, Miguel Gonzalez and Amelia Gonzalez; his sister Lydia Sanchez; his brother-in-law David Sanchez; and his parents-in-law, Alfredo and Lucy Vozza.

He is survived by : his wife Diana; his sons, Damon (Gabi), Adam (Jill) and Jacob (Wendy); his brothers, Manuel (Carol), Victor (Margo) and John (Maria); his grandchildren, DJ, Brianna, Andrea, David (Lex), Ciara and Dominic; and his great grandchild Travis. He is also survived by his family and friends.

A rosary will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (311 S Central Ave, Safford, AZ 85546). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Safford City Cemetery (400 Discovery Park Blvd, Safford, AZ 85546).
