He is survived by : his children, Wendy Allen of Cutter, Jonah Allen of San Carlos, Denise Allen of Peridot and Norbert Allen, Jr. of San Carlos, His; and his siblings, Thomas Allen of San Carlos and Linda Allen-Green. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
