We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2020, at the age of 86, Sam Salter of San Carlos, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Salter (Dosela) and Bart Salter; his wife Elnora Salter (Norman); his children, Bernard Salter Sr., Patricia Smith and Esther Cook; and his brother Wilson Salter.
He is survived by: his children, Katie Goode (Lemuel) of San Carlos, Baxter Salter Sr. of San Carlos, Leroy Salter of San Carlos, Barbara Thorpe of Tucson and Michael Salter of Phoenix; and his sister Dorothy Gibson of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.
