She was predeceased by : her sister Gloria; her parents, Don Jesus and Maria Luisa Hernandez; her brothers, Miguel and Luis Hernandez; and her daughter Amada.
She is survived by : her children, Alma Gradias (Dan), Maritza Hoyos (Cristobal), Alan Azul Tapia and Sunny Tapia; and her brother Jesus Hernandez. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
