He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Roy Middleton and Edna Mae Haggard; and his stepson Kenny. He is survived by : his wife Ena; his children, Frank Jr. (Colleen), Dusty (Kathy), Russell (Elisabeth), Kris (Valerie) and Heather; his stepchildren, Staci (Sean), Glenda (Patrick), Preston and Nick (Kayla); and his sister Sherry. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 step grandchildren and 15 step great-grandchildren.
He died at the Oro Valley Hospital after a long battle with covid related illness.
