He is survived by: his parents, Lester Gronseth and Hope Gronseth; his wife Deb Gronseth; his son Daniel P. Gronseth of Edina, MN; his sister Martha Joy Roberts of St. Louis Park, MN; his stepsons, Adam May (Derek) and Gavin May (Jaclyn); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Danny, Holly, Jett and Livian.

Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to Arizona Humane Society in his name at 1521 W. Dobbins Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85041.
