It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Phillips-Garcia of Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his children, Christopher (Dora), Tschanen (Dana) and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Michael (Morgan), Robert (Annabel), Adrian and Taedyn; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Michael III and Macksen.
