It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Walton Gonda of Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Sylacauga, Alabama, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Catherine Bentley Walton (Belle) and Jesse Herman Walton; her husband Frank Eugene Gonda of Fairmont, WV; her stepfather John Robert Smith; her brothers, Johnny Mack Smith and Cecil Walton; her sister-in-law Elaine Walton; her sister Betty Duck; her brother-in-law Guy Duck; and her nephew Tommy Duck of Alexander City, AL..
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Zorman (Daniel) of Scottsdale, AZ and Ramona Harrell of Chesapeake, VA.; her grandchildren, Richard Charles Harrell, III (Trey) of Chesapeake and Sarah Zorman of Kissimmee, FL.; her sister-in-law Anne Smith of Alexander City, AL; and her sibling's children, Lynn Walton, Kenneth Walton, John D. Smith, Connie Forehand, Margot Fox and Krystal Cummings.
